1. Nature of the Service
VedicSage.ai provides digital subscription services and AI-based analytical tools. Due to the digital nature of our products, once access to these tools is granted, the service is considered delivered and consumed.
2. Subscription Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription is activated. However, we may consider refund requests only in the following specific cases:
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original payment date.
3. Credit Pack Purchases
Credit packs used for AI consultation services are non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been consumed. Unused credits remain valid according to the duration specified in your plan.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, but your account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. All refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
